We process all orders within 24 hours.

Each order is sent USPS First Class (3 Day Mail). However, please allow 10 days from the day of purchase for your handmade charm order to arrive. Orders over $19.99 receive a tracking number, orders under that amount do not.

Each charm is made by hand and prepared carefully for you. The raw material is bronze and are made in Pennsylvania. The Charms are stamped by us in Chandler, AZ. 

You can return your handmade charm for any reason for a 100% refund.
